Ping Pong in Ljubljana

02-06-2009

SONICA is a sound space experiment, an attempt to transform a classical exhibition space into a field of events, performances, workshops and lectures. The main theme of the festival is POST- indicating an exploration of sonic future and artistic purification. Selected artworks have a common search for their own meaning, surpassing hyper media saturation whether through sound or through image.

The presented authors are seeking concluded systems, new languages and forms through their experiments, processes and products. Each artist is engaged in devising his own universe and building new aesthetic relations with components of scientific approach.

The exhibition features:
TANJA VUJINOVI? (SLO): Blipstat /
MAJDA GREGORI? (SLO): Prevod /
MARIUS WATZ (NEM): Generative Art Lab/
